Can you help? I need new recordings to share - what can you send me?

 While I have some indie bands gigs to share I am really running low on new material to give to you all .

So I'm asking, begging - send me anything you can get that would fit in nicely with the feel of this blog.

PIL are touring in September/October this year so any recordings from this tour would absolutely be wanted and welcome .

The Professionals are hoping to get a tour together around November this year and again I'll take anything you guys can send my way.

Really special events are happening soon - Generation Sex are doing some gigs- if you are not aware who they are they are a Generation X/Sex Pistols hybrid super group - featuring Billy Idol, Tony James, Steve Jones and Paul Cook. Their sets are normally a mix of Generation X songs plus Cook & Jones written Sex Pistols songs. 

So far they only have played a couple of gigs a couple of years ago - which Billy streamed live on his Insta account. If anyone can get any of these gigs I would be forever grateful.

I will continue to grab gigs from indie bands and share here as and when I can, I'm really lucky as the indie bands I have been sharing with you are all happy for me to do this

What a fkin nightmare - technology hates me

 I know I'm a bit quiet at the moment but in the last month my laptop finally died , then my external hard drive decided to commit suicide about a week later,

Basically I lost everything.

I blame myself. 

I knew both were pretty wankered and needed replacing but I kept saying oh I'll sort it next month, and I never did. So I got what I deserved.

Cost me a small fortune buying decent new laptop and external hard drive. Luckily for me I have all my recordings burnt to CD-r and also saved on mega cloud.

Now Mega are being cunts, I can literally download a couple of gigs each day so that I can back them up again on my new hard drive....if I want to grab more than that, the bastards want to charge me money to download my own files....well they aint getting a fucking penny out of me.

Its gonna take a while but I'll get everything back, I suppose I should at least be grateful that I havent lost anything.

So learn a lesson from me, if your tech is starting to play up, dont put off either getting it repaired or buying new 

I'm still here though, slightly skint, little bit cheesed off , but I'm not going anywhere
