for those that know me will know that I have been a massive fan of False Heads from their very earliest days. Around 2014 a friend recommended them to me and said they were right down my street. They hadnt been going long and had nothing released.
I got chatting to them and when they released their first ep (in 2014) they were kind enough to send me a free download which I fell in love with immediately.
In July 2015 they supported a band in my home town, so of course I went to see them. They were awesome live, Since then I have never looked back.
Since then I have always bought all their official releases and merch , either at gigs or through their site & I've seen them every year (except when covid fucked it up for everyone)
I since been lucky enough to be considered a friend by the band , last year they released their 2nd album, Sick Moon. At the Brighton gig, they surprised me with a special gift in recognition of all the support I've given them since day one - a test pressing of the ltd edition Blue Vinyl, Sick Moon. Its my prize possession.
