Punk77 - 40 Years since Punk exploded across the Nation
2015 saw the 40th Anniversary of the Sex Pistols first gig.
2016 saw the celebration called Punk40, which celebrated 40 years of the creation of punk.
But it was 1977 that Punk in the UK really exploded and became a National movement. Bands were formed all over the place, records were being released in large numbers. It was 1977 that really was the year of Punk for me.
This year I will be sharing radio sessions, demos as well as gigs that all took place in 1977 from various bands - I hope I will post something for you all to enjoy!
Keep looking in, it's gonna be the dogs bollocks.
